Exchange 

All items purchased may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Acceptance for exchange is subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
• Must be in its original packing.
• The exchange must be done for an equivalent value in one transaction, nor any amount refunded if an exchange is done for an item of lesser value.
• A purchase may only be exchanged once.

We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please take care of its original packing and send it through a reputable courier company.

Upon receipt at Nisar Jewellers, the item returned will be inspected to ensure its condition is as new. You will then be notified of the dispatch of your exchange purchase, along with the additional amount you need to pay to cover a) Shipping charges and b) the Difference if the exchange purchase is of a higher amount.

Exchange Policy After Its Use :

In case of exchange even after the full use of the product/jewelry items. We will keep it back on 50% cash 
The following requirements must be full filled :

• Original receipt of the used product must be available.
